GREENSBORO, NC, UNITED STATES, October 10, 2025 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Mission Mobile Medical Group, a public benefit corporation supporting the world’s largest network of mobile and community-integrated care programs, today announced the appointment of Raj Kammela as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Kammela brings more than 25 years of technology leadership and enterprise innovation experience to the role, joining the company at a critical inflection point as it expands its AI-enabled delivery model and rapidly scales mobile healthcare programs nationwide.

Mission Mobile Medical supports over 275 mobile healthcare programs across 42 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Canada, delivering primary care, behavioral, and dental care in partnership with community-based providers and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Its proprietary AI-powered delivery model identifies high-need and high-cost communities, enabling rapid deployment of satellite primary care clinics that improve Quality scores and network adequacy for its partners.

“Raj brings the kind of technical depth and operational clarity that few leaders possess,” said Amanda LeFever, President and CFO of Mission Mobile Medical Group. “He doesn’t just build systems; he builds infrastructure that moves markets. As we continue to scale across the nation rapidly, Raj will help us translate our clinical vision into a dynamic, tech-enabled solution that delivers measurable results for health systems, MCOs, and most importantly, the communities they serve.”

Kammela’s appointment comes amid rising demand for scalable, technology-driven care models that meet increasing quality performance standards, behavioral health integration, and state Medicaid transformation mandates. Before joining Mission Mobile Medical, Kammela led global digital transformation efforts that saved Ashley Furniture over $65 million in productivity and infrastructure costs through custom AI/ML systems, IIoT platforms, and modernized ERP architecture. His experience integrating complex enterprise systems at companies like Emerson and Artesyn, serving clients including Apple, Dell, and Amazon, makes him uniquely qualified to guide Mission Mobile Medical’s next phase of intelligent infrastructure.

"Joining Mission Mobile Medical isn’t just a career move; it’s an opportunity to rewire the delivery model for American healthcare,” said Raj Kammela, Chief Technology Officer. “We’re combining AI, scalable systems, and community partnerships to close real gaps in care. I’m here to build the architecture that not only supports the mission but also accelerates it.

As CTO, Kammela will lead Mission Mobile Medical’s expanding technology team in developing its cloud-native platform, improving predictive care functions, streamlining clinic routing logistics, and facilitating seamless clinical workflows between mobile teams and community partners. His goal includes creating tools that help MCOs and health systems enhance Quality performance metrics, such as reducing avoidable Emergency Department visits, improving chronic condition management, and integrating behavioral health services in real time.
